Recommended Return Policy

DéVon Cosmetics Return & Exchange Policy

Due to the nature of cosmetics and beauty products, we cannot accept returns on opened, used, or tested products for hygiene and safety reasons.

Returns

  • Unopened and unused products may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • Products must be in their original packaging.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Email photos of the product and packaging.
  • We will gladly replace the item or issue a store credit.

Exchanges

  • We do not offer exchanges on cosmetics due to hygiene regulations.
  • If an item arrives damaged or defective, we will replace it at no additional cost.

Sale Items

  • All sale, clearance, promotional, mystery boxes, and bundled items are final sale.

Digital Products

  • E-books, downloadable guides, classes, and digital products are non-refundable.

Beauty Services & Classes

  • Deposits are non-refundable.
  • Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24-48 hours notice.
  • No-shows forfeit their deposit.
  • Training classes and workshops are non-refundable but may be transferred to a future date once with advance notice.
